Good to know

When is the deadline?: 31 months from the earliest priority date. With a translation extension request, the translation can follow by 32 months.
Do you need a signed power of attorney before filing?: No. We file on your instructions and send you a power of attorney form to sign afterwards.
What if the deadline has passed?: Submit the order anyway and mention it in the notes. Restoration may still be possible; we will contact you the same day.
