Terms and privacy notice

1. Engagement

Submitting an order instructs LNB IP LAW FIRM ("we") to enter the Korean national phase for the PCT application identified. The engagement starts when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order, for example because of a conflict of interest, and will tell you promptly.

2. Fees and payment

The quote is calculated from the information you provide. Official fees are paid to the Korean Intellectual Property Office in KRW and are shown in USD at the rate stated on the invoice. If the facts differ (for example the word or claim count), we will tell you the revised amount before filing. Payment is by bank transfer; remitting bank charges are borne by the client.

3. Deadlines

You are responsible for giving instructions in time. Where payment has not arrived but the deadline is close, we will file on receipt of your instructions where we reasonably can, and invoice afterwards.

4. Privacy

We collect the contact details, application data and files you submit in order to handle the filing, invoice and communicate with you. Order data is stored on Cloudflare (D1) and emails are sent through Resend; both may process data outside Korea. Uploaded files are forwarded to our firm mailbox and not kept on the website. We keep order records for as long as needed for the matter and as required by law. To access or delete your data, email lnbip@lnbip.com.
